Our comprehensive eye exams evaluate your eyes for any potential disorders or diseases and your overall vision health. The examination begins with a refraction, evaluating your vision, and prescribing glasses and/or contact lenses if necessary. We have an outstanding optical department which has appeared in national publications.
After the visual check, a thorough evaluation is made of individual eye components, checking for dry eye problems, cataracts, glaucoma and retinal diseases. Appropriate further testing is done on an individual basis and may involve the use of state of the art diagnostic machinery including Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) when indicated for both glaucoma and macular evaluation (please see glaucoma section). Medications are prescribed if necessary. All of our doctors are Board Certified.
As of January 1, 2019, our refractive fee will be $55.00.
